We will see what happens. Minnesota courts haven’t been very tough on these fraudsters. One judge overturned a fraudster’s conviction, while another judge gave a convicted fraudster a minimal sentence.
Meanwhile, Aimee Bock, the central figure (so far) in the Feeding Our Future scam, just got sentenced to 41 years, but in a federal court.
