Would you believe it if I told you that Joe Biden’s [In]Justice Department actually opened an investigation into the left-wing Marxist ‘legal’ group the Southern Poverty Law Center?
Well, they did. And shortly afterward, probably at the direction of then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, the DOJ dropped the case. Why?
Biden’s DOJ had discovered that the SLPC was operating quite a lucrative scam. “They had opened an investigation. They were looking into this group. They knew the Southern Poverty Law Center was running a scam, but they dropped the case,” Jordan said.
He explained how the group had become deeply integrated with the department, training prosecutors and serving as a key resource for efforts that labeled pro-life Catholics and conservatives as domestic extremists.
House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) gave us the answer during a hearing earlier today, and when you hear it, you’ll mutter to yourself, ‘Yeah, that figures.’
You’re not gonna prosecute them,” Jordan explained. “They’re too valuable politically. You gotta use them for your political advantage. And that’s exactly what the Biden administration did.”

“When you meet with them, consult with them, have them train your prosecutors, well, guess what
Jordan highlighted a concerning example from the operations of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) that illustrates the alleged model of profiting from hate.
The DOJ charged the group with wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering for secretly diverting over $3 million in donor money to actual extremists.
Among these questionable payments was a staggering $270,000 that was allegedly given to a member of the online leadership chat group responsible for planning the 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville.
“The SPLC became part of the weaponized effort of the Garland, Biden, Justice Department, against the American people
This individual, who was paid by the SPLC, attended the event at their direction, helped coordinate transportation for attendees, and even posted racist content under the group’s supervision.
They went from $51 million annual income to $133 million,” Jordan said. “Turned out for them, creating hate was more profitable than fighting it. That’s exactly what they did. They ran a scam, they became the standard, they didn’t get prosecuted, and they made a ton of money.”
And now, hopefully, Trump’s DOJ will make the SPLC pay. In more ways than one.
